At the Olive Tree we recognise that cancer affects all family members in different ways. We also recognise that discussing severe illness with children can be extremely difficult.

The Children’s Group provides a means of supporting families and children in coping with cancer at all stages of treatment and recovery.

The group follows the school year with breaks at Christmas and summer. It is facilitated by volunteers and trained counsellors with personal experience of cancer and working with children.
