A recent group art workshop exploring the therapeutic qualities of Summer taking inspiration from nature, exploring flowers through form, movement and gesture was greatly enjoyed by everyone who took part. The workshop was relaxed, calm and mutually supportive as participants explored the forms of flowers using the senses and watercolours to create their own flower themed paintings.
The next Creative Therapeutic Art Workshop will be held on the 23rd of October 2 - 4 pm at the Olive Tree in Crawley and will have the theme of Autumn. To find out more or book a place call 01293 534465.
