Fundraising Manager takes on Cycling Challenge

Olive Tree support those affected by Cancer, not just the patient but the entire support network for as long as they are needed. Our Fundraising Manager, Ava Harding will be taking on a huge physical challenge in September and by doing so is hoping to be leading by example.

Ava will be participating in a virtual cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats, she will be cycling just over 31 miles per day throughout September to cover a distance of 950 miles, this is the distance between the two points.  For those of you who do know Ava you will know what a massive physical challenge this is for her. For those of you who don't you can appreciate what a challenge this is for anyone, Ava has the addition of fibromyalgia so this will certainly be a challenge for her.

If you would like to join in perhaps take up one of the challenges below:

1.  120 miles, the equivalent of Dundee to Fort William
2.  180 miles, Swansea to Bangor
3.  250 miles, Margate to Weston-Super-Mare
4.  950 miles, Land's End to John O'Groats
