A friendly, all ability running group who run locally to raise
awareness of the Olive Tree. New members are always welcome,
particularly those who are looking to improve fitness levels.
Usually held twice a month, this is a programme of interesting talks
and activities which are open to anyone. The topics will be advertised
on our website, on our social media platforms and in our monthly Update
sheet, places need to be booked.
We have a good selection of wigs at the Olive Tree for you to try, some are brand new and many others have been donated.
Anyone needing a wig is welcome to come and browse through our selection
in private at the centre. We do not charge for wigs, but donations are
always welcome. We also have a selection of scarves, bandanas and hats.
If you would like to donate a wig to us so that it can be used by another cancer patient, please get in contact - we are very grateful for such donations.
Yoga can help us to strengthen the immune system and encourage our
inner healing. It is a holistic healing system that creates harmony and
balance on all levels of our being.
Classes are held at Crawley on Fridays from 10.30 to 11.30 am, and at Horsham on Wednesdays from 11am to 12 noon.
