A Friendly Voice you can book an appointment to speak to one of the many volunteers who have skills in this area. Great if you are on your own or just need someone to talk to. This is not counselling but extra support can be arranged if you need it. We are also here if you need a chat if you are feeling anxious or a bit down.

Distance healing offered by our lovely healing team bookable appointments. Distance healing is any form of healing energy"sent" across time and space that is received and has a healing effect on the recipient. With this type of work, you do not have to be physically present with the healer to receive the healing.

Hypnotherapy via telephone Zoom or Skype for relieving stress and anxiety. Simon Ward is still offering online Hypnotherapy every week. Call us to book in.

Exercise you can do at home or in the garden already some video clips on our website under ‘latest news’

 

Yoga breathing practice with Rachel Perkins: This is a guided breathing exercise which will be familiar to those of you who attend Rachel's Friday morning class. It is great for helping with stress and anxiety –try it!

 

Wellbeing chats with some of our holistic therapists -bookable appointments with this.

 

Maeve Lynch: is offering one to one guided meditation sessions for emotional well-being. Many of you will have benefited from Maeve’s treatments here at the Centre and can continue to benefit using Zoom or by phone. Please call the Centre for an appointment.

 

Nick Nash is offering Skype 1:1 EFT sessions which are proving very effective. Please call the Centre to book an appointment.

 

Our wig service is also operating normally. You will need to call for an appointment.

 

Practical help with shopping, collecting medication etc. we do have some volunteers who are happy to help with this.

 

Emotional Support:

We are now offering emotional support this is conducted by one of our counsellors by telephone and is available to anyone who really is struggling at the moment. Sessions will be weekly and for up to a maximumof 6 weeks.

There will still be an option to have 1:1 counselling when restrictions are lifted. Please call the Centre if you would like to discuss this further.

 

Pink Ribbon exercise class: Via live video link. A Pilates based class for those who have had breast surgery. Access to this class is by invitation, please call us for more information.
