Emotional Support

At the Olive Tree we offer a range of emotional support services including 1-2-1 sessions with qualified practitioners as well as monthly support groups.   1-2-1 sessions must be booked via the Centre Manager or appointed volunteer and we ask all members to let the centre know as soon as possible if they need to cancel an appointment.  There is no need to book if you wish to attend a support group.

Coaching

Coaching is a way of supporting you, in a non-judgmental and confidential environment. It helps you to think about the difficulties you are experiencing with a view to finding your own answers. Our coaches will ask the right questions to help you see and do things in new and different ways. This will enable you to rebuild your self-confidence, take back control of your life and make different and better choices in the future.

Counselling

Counselling is about helping you to think things through for yourself to find your own answers. It is not always an easy process, as it may mean discussing things you feel uncomfortable about; but it can also be a relief to air these feelings, thoughts and ideas with someone who listens, does not judge and respects your confidentiality.

Support Groups at the Olive Tree
